Last weekend the Southwest Regionals were held down in Irvine. A lot of our friends and fellow athletes competed and gave their all for a shot at the 2010 CrossFit Games. Next year hopefully we will be sending a few athletes (or even a team) to compete. Congratulations to all of the competitors! You are an inspiration to us all.
