The Old Bull Raging
Ted is an animal, and an "OG" Central Coast CrossFitter. He consistently puts up the best times and scores in our workouts. Ted may be soft spoken, but always lends sage advice and is a great leader by example. His favorite workouts to come to are the ones he knows do not favor his strengths because he also knows that is where the most benefit to his fitness can be forged. He has helped out tremendously around the gym with hanging our rope, doorway pull-up bar, and another pair of rings. Today we honor his 50th birthday with the highly appropriate workout "Filthy 50." Thanks for being a part of our community Ted! Love and respect, my friend.
