Ryan, Dax, and Christos during "Fight Gone Bad" yesterday
The energy in every class yesterday was tangible. It was incredible to see you all pushing yourselves and each other to keep working through one of the toughest CrossFit WODs. The true beauty of CrossFit lies in community, and I know you are all starting to see and feel exactly what that means. It was great to witness not only the performances yesterday, but also the support from those who had just finished hell to those who were still completing their last few rounds. Keep it up Team Goodland, together there is nothing we can't do.

I hope everyone can make it in tomorrow at 9:30AM for Benchmark Make-up! There will be 3 named workouts to choose from that you may have missed lately.
