I have wanted to institute a Benchmark Workout Make-up Day on the last Saturday of the month for some time now, but because of the Gaucho Gallop 10k this weekend we will have to postpone the first one to next Saturday May, 1. There will be a choice of 3 different benchmark workouts posted from the last month that you may have missed out on. This event wont count toward your number of classes per week and will be a fun way to get together and get some PRs.

Awesome post by Miguel…he hit the nail on the head – Crossit’s toughest challenge (for me) is accepting the fact that you might – or more likely, will – fail during the first few months.
As Migs went on to say however, that can also be Crossfit’s greatest benefit for people who have lived within the margins of comfort their whole lives, never venturing into areas of incompetence. It teaches us HOW to fail.
