Today we will be working on some Pose running technique to help prepare for the Gaucho Gallop this weekend. There are still spots left on the team if you'd like to join us, but the form is due tomorrow so i need to know by this evening.

How to run: Land on the balls of your feet not your heels. Strike your foot on the ground under your general center of mass not out in front of your body. Lean forward and use gravity to your advantage; running efficiently is more like a controlled fall than a series of leg driven strides. The more you lean the faster you will go. Pull your feet off the ground to continue your controlled fall, don't push out the back. Look up at the horizon and limit bouncing up and down. Save energy during workouts and your body by mastering these tips and the art of Pose running.
