One thing that can be a little challenging initially with the Paleo Diet is maintaining variety and creating recipes. There are tons of resources; however, to help you get started. One of my personal favorites is the Sweet Cheecks blog powered by fellow CrossFitters Shirley Brown and Alyssa "A-Train" Dazet. These foxy ladies are always cooking up delicious and easy to prepare creations using healthy ingredients as well as a healthy amount of lighthearted humor. The Cheeks are currently having a little challenge of their own: no grains, which we will all be avoiding come Monday. With a little creativity and preparation I think you will all see that the Paleo diet is not hard to keep up with and even enjoy.
Heres another great nutrition blog to check out: CrossFit Santa Cruz Central: Eat This

I did this one yesterday without time, pretty brutal on the grip, but a solid workout.
Does each arm count as a round? Or do both arms count as a round?
mike, what weight did you use?
cole, both arms is one round.
I used 50 lb dumb bell, but it was after strength WOD squat sets. I could have done more, after completing the workout, I realize. My left shoulder was bruised and f’d up, from a power clean that slipped out of my grip, so I dropped twice. The CFFB guys were recommending 40% of your 1 RM press.
