Dane GHD Situp
Dane has made some incredible progress in an equally incredible amount of time. When he first came into CrossFit Goodland he was unconditioned and lacked any real experience with weightlifting, but now he is an absolute stud and is making progress constantly. Dane went from not being able to do pull-ups unassisted when he first started to doing 61 in about 5 minutes during a workout in his first 3 weeks of training! It was one of the most amazing accomplishments I have seen yet. He is also making progress with all of his lifts and the results are showing in his work capacity during metabolic conditioning workouts. The reason: consistency, Dane shows up and puts in the work on a regular basis even when the workouts are a little intimidating and he is a little sore. Keep up the good work Dane!
