I have been really impressed with all of the progress I have been seeing from pretty much everyone lately so I am going to take some time this week to highlight some of the amazing achievements that I have been seeing. Last Friday's workout called for 225lb deadlifts and 36" burpee box jumps, two challenging motions, especially in an AMRAP setting. Ted, age 49, got through 7 rounds (or 70 reps of each motion) in 15 minutes. His score tied my old PR and when I tried the workout again I got through just a little more than 7 rounds, I am 23. Ted has been putting up insane scores across the board and is a beast. He uses RX weights and motions more often than not and continually impresses me with his abilities. Once we dial in his flexibility and range of motion he will be unstoppable.
