Beach Team WOD- The First of Many
Todays Workout:
In teams of 2, only one team member can work at a time.
800m Run
100 Push-ups
100 Kettlebell Swings
100 Squats
100 Burpees
800m Run
CrossFit is usually performed as an individual because no one can get you fit but yourself. Sometimes; however, throwing in a team workout can be fun and different. Working with a partner or a large team holds you accountable not only to yourself, but also to the group as a whole and requires you to put in your share of the work. Team workouts are also a great way to get to know your fellow CrossFitters better. As the old saying goes, "you never really know someone until you do burpees with them."
