It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Spring

The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer. Spring is suddenly upon us. Yes, it will soon be time to break out the swim suits and sunscreen and head to the beach, and also a perfect time to rededicate yourself to being active and enjoying life in paradise. There are some fun events coming up to kick things off. This Saturday's beach workout will be the first of many, so get ready to work hard then take it easy and enjoy the good life. 

Also, I have added a "Nutrition" tab to the pages section. This section will be growing as I compile more information to put up. Nutrition is as important as working out and is often overlooked. With a proper diet and CrossFit workouts there is no limit to where you can take your fitness.
