5 rounds for max load:

7 reps through the complex of

Clean to front squat to overhead to back squat to overhead to ground. The load must not be dropped until 7 cycles have been completed. In other words the only way to rest or re-grip is while holding the load.

Ted can do a lot of muscle ups.
