AMRAP 20

2 Muscle Ups*
4 Handstand Pushups
8 2 Pood Kettlebell Swings

*Sub for each muscle up is 3 pull-ups and 3 dips

Some CrossFit WODs are named for women, others for little inside jokes or stories. Today's workout is named for Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy who was killed in combat in Iraq. These workouts are often the most challenging workouts in our arsenal, but the challenge exists to honor those who die in the line of duty protecting the rest of us. Not all hero WODs are named for military personnel, some are named for police and firefighters as well. Lets all honor Nate today and rage on one of my personal favorite workouts.
