There are varying opinions on what counts as part of the Paleo Diet. If you look around on the internet for a while you will find all kinds of information about what to eat and what to avoid and why. The most important thing about any diet choice is to choose something that is applicable and practical in your own life or it will never stick. Here are some quick tips from CrossFit Pacific Coast on how to shop Paleo at the store. It might seem impossible at first, but with a little work and self education it is fairly easy to implement.
