Saturday, February 27 CrossFit Goodland will be hosting 2 events in one. For all current athletes we will be re-doing Baseline, the first workout you did here. Also we will be opening the gym to friends, family, or that random crazy person you just know would love some constantly varied functional motions performed at a high intensity to come in with you and try out the Baseline. Afterward we will be having a little BBQ, so try to let me know if you can make it next week (so I have some idea for food quantity), and bring something to share if you want to join in the potluck. I know I'll be stopping by the Country Meat Market for some tri-tip. So bring a friend, maybe a side, and make sure you make it into the gym next Saturday.
Also I'm considering changing the time of our Saturday workouts from 11am to 9:30am and 10:30am. If you have any objections speak now (in comments or at the gym) or forever hold your peace. Thanks.
