This is the first girl WOD I ever created. It is dedicated to someone with whom i used to be very close. I figured I'd break it out for the Valentines Day season. Enjoy.
The key to diet is macronutrient balance. Eating a proper ratio of carbohydrate to protein, and using fat to fill out the equation is the goal. Eating right reduces inflammation, increases performance, and cuts body fat. There are 2 main dietary recommendations within the CrossFit community: Zone and Paleo. Zone is about ratios (40-30-30, carbs-protein-fat). Paleo is about quality (Only eat things that used to have a soul and a face, or grow out of the ground).

That video was a little too dry and science-y for my tastes, but there you go. I think you can distill the the main point to: eat as much sugar as humanly possibly. High fructose corn syrup is like manna from heaven.
mike, because your metabolism is similar to that of a humming bird sugar does not seem to make you fat. us normal humans on the other hand have to take such dietary recommendations into consideration. haha
