I get by with a little help from my friends…

 

Spotting Smitty on his back squat... Or I just really needed a hug at an inappropriate time.
 

Having friends work out with you is awesome. It helps you find a higher intensity output from within yourself, gives you encouragement, and in the case of this photo makes going heavy safe. It also makes working out a lot more fun and increases your chances of sticking to the program. Its nice to see some of you have all ready included your friends, or joined with them. Please do not hesitate to bring in a friend for an intro workout as long as you let me know ahead of time.

9 115lb Push Press
