Recovery Is Key

How is that body feeling? Sometimes after our workouts you are likely to get pretty sore. Don't worry it is an inevitable side effect of intense work. It is important to give proper attention to recovery and body maintenance. This means trying to get a good nights sleep, eating right most of the time, and stretching or foam rolling to work out those musculoskeletal kinks/imbalances. With proper attention to recovery and diet you will come back stronger, more flexible, and feeling rested.
