Community
One of my favorite things about CrossFit is how it brings people together. Doing such intense workouts in a group is awesome. It causes us to push ourselves harder, and brings us closer to people who we might not normally associate with through the common ground of shared experience. Our community is still growing, but it all ready is gaining character. We have a budding gym of workout partners and friends. So when you finish your workout, take the time to cheer those who are still going strong through to the end. Next time it might be you who is in need of the extra encouragement.
