Fran Challenge
Mark your calendars! February 6 will be the date of our first WOD challenge. We will be meeting in the gym on that Saturday and performing Fran as a group. You will not only get a taste of your first Fran, but also of the energy and intensity of being in a large group of your peers raging. Hopefully everyone can make it, if not there will be an opportunity for makeups. 6-8 weeks after doing Fran the first time we will hold finals and see if we can beat ourselves and our competitors. More details to come, but please try to make it in on Saturday, February 6. Keep up the good work everyone.
