Matt is seen in this picture power snatching. This position is awesome. He waited until his hips were all the way open to allow his arms to start bending up with the load. When the arms bend early, the power that could have been transferred into the bar is severely dampened. All that Matt has left to do here is to complete the third pull and get himself under the bar.

15 squats
