Rob's got it.
Heart is an intangible quality. Its the ability to show up when you are sore and tired. It is the drive that pushes you to keep pushing and keep fighting through tough workouts. It is your innermost quality that shines through when you hold perfect form even though is it easier to do incomplete, or improper reps. It forces you to be honest with yourself and others about your scores and times on workouts. Most importantly it is what makes CrossFit and life worth living.
