BJ Penn's fight on Saturday was incredible. While Sanchez has a great record, and more heart (and chin) than pretty much any fighter I have ever seen, BJ is on an entirely different plane. BJ stayed calm and focused, as opposed to the "whole new kind of crazy" Sanchez brought into the ring. A lot can be learned from watching a fight of this caliber. Like BJ in the ring, even though CrossFit calls for such high intensity output, we should still try to be as relaxed and controlled as possible. This means breathing deep and focusing on relentless attention to form and the task at hand.
