CrossFit is intense. Intensity is uncomfortable to say the least. When you are breathing hard and moving fast it can be hard to push it and keep going, but it is necessary. I will let you all in on a little secret: CrossFit never gets easier, you will just get better at it. The fun comes in sharing these experiences with others and in seeing your own athletic progress pushed beyond what you even thought possible. Its funny but in most of these post WOD pictures the athletes are smiling while writhing on the floor.
