Schedule Changes.
There will now be a 12 noon class offered every day, except Sundays. Also on Saturdays there is a 12 noon class, then Olympic Lifting at 1. The Olympic Lifting Class is open to CrossFitters from all over, heres looking at you CPC and Ventura. We will be alternating between the clean and jerk, and snatch by week. If you do not have either motion, you are still welcome to come and work on associated progressions. Soon enough you will jerk like a pro, and your snatch will become much more powerful. This weekend we will be working on the snatch. The snatch is, in my opinion, the most graceful and violent lift in our arsenal. It requires not only a tremendous amount of strength and power, but also balance, flexibility, and timing are key to a successful lift.
