My favorite lady

Today's workout is short and intense. You will probably hear me say that about nearly every WOD, but this lady has always held a special place in my heart. "Grace" is 30 reps for time of a 135lb clean and jerk. Just a few minutes of violent, controlled rage counts as a workout for an entire day. This means that those minutes may involve some serious oxygen debt, but intensity is the key to fitness. Feel free to yell a little and let that animal out of the cage.
