We are growing as a community, not just within CrossFit Goodland; CrossFit is taking over the Central Coast! 

Here I will post updates and information pertaining to events and information from our other Central Coast Affiliates and friends.

Ventura kicked things off nicely with their affiliate gathering and competition. Those three WODs will be engrained in my mind for a long time. It was a great event. Click here for video.
