Elements
The Elements Course is designed to teach you the basic motions and ideas of CrossFit. These courses are necessary to begin your training as proper mechanics and consistency of motion are important prerequisites to intensity.
The course is split into 3 private or semi-private classes. In each class we cover 3 of the 9 fundamental motions of CrossFit programming:
Day 1:
The Squats: Squat, Front Squat, and Overhead Squat
Day 2:
The Overhead Lifts: Strict Press, Push Press, and Push Jerk
Day 3: Lifts from the ground: Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean
